The 1.5 mile interpretive walk is an easy to moderate hike that begins at the staging area and proceeds along the main trail. The Ranger will speak about the first settlers of the early American period. During the hike, we will discuss geography, history, and the flora and fauna of the Preserve. The hike will conclude at the Ranger Station with a tour of the Museum. Please bring hiking shoes, drinking water and snacks.
