Library Offers Free Homework Help

Reading Time: 2 minutes

It’s back-to-school time and before you know it, students are going to be facing deadlines to write reports and turn in papers on all sorts of subjects.

It’s easy to hop online and surf over to Google to look up information. But sometimes you need context to the information you find or a variety of sources are necessary.

That’s where the San Diego County Library can help – either online or in person. The Library has six branches that offer in-person homework assistance and several online databases are available 24/7 to library cardholders.

“The library has many resources available for students of all ages,” said Angelica Fortin, Library program services manager. “During the school year, homework help is a great way for San Diego County students to get help with school assignments and find the exact information they are looking for.”

  • Fletcher Hills (held at the Fletcher Hills Recreation Center, 2345 Center Place) – Tuesdays from 1 to 2 p.m.
