Meet Barbara Latham, Volunteer Poll Worker

Elections don’t just happen ... it takes a team of dedicated employees and a LOT of volunteers ... at the polling place and at the Registrar of Voters office in Kearny Mesa. Let’s meet some of those volunteers. First up is Barbara Latham – working a poll in Ocean Beach
